Knight Outfitters will accept returns if the following conditions exist:
- Must Notify Knight Outfitters within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Must receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from Knight Outfitters authorizing the return/exchange. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items must be in new condition. Items may not been worn, washed, decorated, or any way modified. Knight Outfitters will be the sole judge as to the condition of the returned product.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
- Knight Outfitters will not accept returns/exchanges via COD.
- We are not responsible for lost return/exchanges. Therefore we highly recommend that you insure any mailed returns/exchanges.
- The credit for your return will be applied to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
- As always we will accept returns for damaged or misprinted goods.
To return your products:
1. Call us at 407-446-6777 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether
you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your product to return.
